Karl Wallner visited the slums of Calcutta, where Missio operates: “In this city of 9 million people in eastern India and the former place of work of St. Mother Teresa, great progress has been made, but there are still many people living Families still in deep poverty and unimaginable suffering. But we can help sustainably here: With the local Caritas and the Salesians of Don Bosco, we are building simple, clean apartments and giving the children an education,” says Wallner.
