To support the efforts of the Burkina Faso government to care for those injured in the Barsalogho attack, which took place on Saturday, August 24, 2024, in the north-central region, the National Council of Burkina Faso Employers (CNPB) has issued a total of CFA 50 million.
According to our colleagues at the Burkina Faso Information Agency (AIB), the amount was paid to the National Solidarity Fund through the President of Burkina Faso, Idrissa Nassa.
This move by the employer is not the first, since February 2019, the CNPB has shown solidarity and patriotism by donating 100 million CFA francs to peace efforts.
As a reminder, the CNPB will organize a Private Sector Conference in Ouagadougou from September 5 to 7, 2024.
