This Friday, April 1, the Health Superintendence will be doing a listening day with the patients of the health system to collect their suggestions, complaints and claims. The conference will take place in the Hotel San Pedro El Fuerteat Calle 46 # 80 -23.
Who will preside over the event will be the National Superintendent of Health, Fabio Aristizabal, the Andean Regional Deputy Director, Olga Moreno, and the User Protection Delegate, Marianella Sierra.
“Who is summoned to the conference so that they are accountable to the citizens? The EPSs that are enabled in the city of Medellín: Sura, Salud Total, Savia Salud, Nueva EPS, Sanitas and Coosalud, among others. There also have to be the Temporary Unions that serve the members of the Teachers, the Police and the Military Forces, “said Marianella Sierra.
The superintendent will begin the day by taking stock of the actions carried out by Supersalud on its last visit to Medellín. Then, the microphone will be opened to the citizens.
“After that, the floor is given to the EPS so that they assume commitments with the citizens”, assured Sierra.
In addition, he indicated that prior registration is not required to attend the venue and that admission is fully free. Of course, she recommended arriving around 7:30 am so as not to be left out for reasons of capacity.
