Supernotariat dismisses and disqualifies the ex-curator of Barranquilla | THE UNIVERSAL

In a second instance ruling issued by the Superintendence of Notaries and Registry, the dismissal and incapacity once morest the ex-curator No1 of Barranquilla, Jaime César Fontanilla Martínez, was confirmed.

The support of the decision adopted by the SNR, among other things, was channeled towards the protection of the country’s Cultural Heritage, “because the actions of the excurator demonstrated his lack of suitability, diligence and care in the exercise of the public function that It was entrusted to him, even more so, if one takes into account that the license granted damaged an important sector of the city of Barranquilla, which led to ratifying the serious social damage of his conduct with the consequent sanction of dismissal and inability to exercise his duties. public functions for a term of five (5) years, since it is not admissible that a curator was unaware of the regulations applicable to the area of ​​influence decreed since 2005, which is why he was not allowed to omit its application.”

Likewise, it was decided to certify copies through the Delegate Superintendence for the Protection, Restitution and Formalization of Lands, with assignment of functions to the Delegate for Urban Curators, in order to determine if the also ex-curator of Barranquilla Armando José Guijarro Daza, who intervened in the initial processing of the license object of reproach, incurred in some act constituting a disciplinary offense, coupled with the certification of copies destined for the Attorney General’s Office to investigate the alleged commission of a punishable conduct of falsehood.
