There was a fight between fans of both teams, with serious damage being recorded in the Stadium, and police men trying to put an end to the incidents. About 30 fans of the guests had gone to the Municipal Stadium of Rhodes.

The football players and the technical team of Panachaiki remained in the locker room for several hours, with the PAE of Achaia complaining that its players are trapped in the locker room because of the fans of the home team and requesting the intervention of the prosecutor. The flight of the Panachaki mission was scheduled for 22:00, but it was not possible to go to the airport for boarding.
