The champions of all continents of the world will qualify for this tournament, in addition to the host country team and the holder of the title of the previous edition of the same tournament, while 3 teams chosen by the International Handball Federation will be nominated, in addition to the Arab champion, who will participate for the second time in the history of the tournament in an official capacity, as it has become The Arab Championship qualifies for this tournament.

After the conclusion of the tournament in the Arab Republic of Egypt, the International Handball Federation decided to hold the tournament every year, provided that the organization file is voted on by the members of the International Federation’s General Assembly, and the tournament rests on the file of the country that wins the vote for 4 consecutive years, and this is what brought the tournament back.
