The next Super Bowl LVIII takes place on February 11, 2024 at Allegiant Stadium in Paradise instead of. In 2025, the game is expected to be played on February 9, 2025 at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

* The first four editions of the Super Bowl were called the “AFL-NFL World Championship Games” and were played between the winners of the independent AFL and NFL leagues. It wasn’t until 1970 that both leagues were united and the Super Bowl became the official final game.

** Instead of the Roman numeral “L”, the 50th edition of the Super Bowl was assigned the Arabic numeral “50” by the NFL.
