Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan is looking forward to a personal meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin on the sidelines of the Astana summit. This is reported by the French news agency France Press.

On October 12-13, Astana will host the CICA summit (conference on interaction and confidence-building measures in Asia). The leaders of 11 states, including Russia, Turkey and Iran, will arrive in Kazakhstan.
