I directed Ministry of Health Several tips to citizens, coinciding with the start of summer time, from 12:00 midnight.

1 – Do not drink alarm clocks at night to avoid staying up late following changing the clock.

2 – Make sure to sleep 8 hours and not deduct the time difference from your sleeping hours.
