Tomorrow, Sunday, you can once once more visit the farmer’s museum in Dürrengerbisdorf. The Dreiseitenhof at Talweg 6 is open to visitors from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. A highlight is always climbing the old hayloft, for which you should be brave.

The focus is on the sustainable use of textiles: the pattern allows for economical fabric consumption, and the fabrics used are “made in the Esche Museum”. Fashion and textile designer Virginia Reil will lead the workshop. The two-day workshop runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Sewing machine basic course on August 16th

Then the participants can try the machine themselves, make stitches and make a small bag. Interesting facts regarding the different types of fabric are conveyed as background knowledge. The number of participants is limited.
