Sumar Plan: crack and cocaine focus in Cordillera is disrupted

Asunción, IP Agency.- Agents from the National Anti-Drug Secretariat, together with the Public Ministry, eliminated a micro-trafficking focus installed in the Tucanguá de Altos neighborhood, department of Cordillera, managed by the supplier who operated with crack and cocaine and caused multiple inconveniences to the community.

The interveners arrested the administrator of the place, who was identified as José Ángel Ruíz Díaz, 53 years old, and proceeded to confiscate 35 doses of crack and several portions of cocaine.

The detainee was previously monitored by a team of special agents who also warned of other crimes promoted from the focus of consumption.
