Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League – No more releases for this year

Rocksteady Studios hat Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League postponed to 2023. More precisely said Suicide Squad postponed to spring next year. This news comes from Rocksteady’s creative director and co-founder Sefton Hill, who announced the delay in a tweet today. The tweet also includes a hilarious video showing the Suicide Squad shows who is upset at the news that her game will be released next year instead of this year as originally planned.

“We made the difficult decision Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to be postponed to spring 2023. I know a delay is frustrating, but that time is being used to make the best game possible. I look forward to bringing chaos to Metropolis together. Thank you for your patience.”

This news isn’t all that surprising considering it was revealed earlier this month that Gotham Knights, another DC/Batman-centric title, due out this October. That left little room for Suicide Squadsince DC certainly doesn’t intend to release two similar titles in a row (and considering that Gotham Knights always before Suicide Squad would come out). Regardless, the news of the delay is still sad for those who were looking forward to eventually getting to play.
