About SUICIDAL ANGELS:

A new generation of young thrash metallers has risen from the ashes of a club of titans such as SLAYER, EXODUS, KREATOR and many others. The Greek ambassadors SUICIDAL ANGELS are one of the most impressive representatives of this new generation. At the beginning of spring, the four-piece band of these energetic thrashers will release their eighth studio album Profane Prayer, four years following their last attack, Years Of Aggression. It marks her return to the Nuclear Blast family. It feels like a homecoming,” confirms composer Nick Melissourgos (vocals, guitars), who founded the band in 2001 at the age of 16.

SUICIDAL ANGELS have evolved step by step since their humble beginnings in 2001. It wasn’t until 2007 that they entered the studio to record their impressive debut album Eternal Domination, which caused a stir in the Hellenic scene. They were invited by Sakis Tolis from ROTTING CHRIST to play their first EU tour. This was just the beginning of a long era of growing popularity. Another milestone was the support for KREATOR, which led to a long-term friendship with Mille Petrozza. In 2010 SUICIDAL ANGELS even opened for the Big Thrash 4 in Athens at Sonisphere and at the beginning of 2014 they finally went on their first independent headline tour through Europe. New albums came out every two years to support them on tour. In the meantime they have conquered Asia, South America and Europe and there is more to come.

CELESTE are:
Nick Melissourgos | vocals, rhythm guitars
Gus Drax | guitars (lead)
Angelos Lelikakis | bass
Orfeas Tzortzopoulos drums
