Suffering from stress? 10 steps to help you overcome it

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN)–Have you noticed that you’re starting to feel more nervous these days?

The official account of the “Your Safety Program”, one of the initiatives of the Gulf Health Council, in a tweet on “Twitter”, indicated that three quarters of people are exposed to stress.

Here are 10 steps to beat stress:

  • Be active, as exercise not only helps you lose fat, but also improves your thoughts and feelings
  • Control your problems, strive to solve them, and do not stop at them
  • Connect with the ones you love around you
  • Work on your daily schedule and make time for yourself
  • Challenge yourself by learning a new skill, a new language, and level up your hobbies
  • Avoid unhealthy habits because they will not solve your problems, but will only increase them
  • Help people with volunteering and social work
  • Work smart, not hard
  • Write down 3 things you are grateful for every day
  • Accept that there are things you cannot change
