Suffering from cystitis.. Here are the treatment methods

Many people suffer from the problem of cystitis, and it affects both men and women, although women are more susceptible to infection. In this article, we will present to you ways to treat cystitis:

Turmeric:
Curcumin, the main compound of the turmeric herb, has anti-inflammatory properties. It is also a pain reliever. Turmeric can be added to a glass of milk, or to soup, and taken regularly.

Baking soda:
Drink a glass of water with baking soda, to get rid of kidney disorders and bladder infections.

-Apple cider vinegar:
You can add 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to one glass of water, with the addition of one teaspoon of honey, and drink it three times a day.

Kegel exercises:
Doing Kegel exercises helps control the bladder, in which the pelvic floor muscles are quickly pressed, then left quickly, for 20 seconds, and this exercise is repeated twice a day.

Limit drinking fluids:
You should drink 8 glasses of water a day, and drink more than this to increase your bathroom visits, therefore, reducing fluid intake is key to improving bladder control.
