The referendum once morest the reform of the 2nd pillar, launched at the end of March, was successful, the referenda announced on Friday. After two months, it had already collected 120,000 signatures and an ‘impressive number’ of initials will be delivered next Tuesday to the Federal Chancellery.
The exact number will be announced next Tuesday, the referendum committee said on Friday. The unions and the left had until July 6 to collect the necessary 50,000 signatures.
