E-Hang has been tested in South Korea, where it has received formal safety certification for the first autonomous air taxi. Two passengers can sit in the test flight cab. It has 16 petals arranged in eight pairs. These propellers surround the entire cabin. It has a maximum speed of 130 km per hour and can cover a distance of 100 km on a single charge.
South Korea’s aviation authority has said it will determine air routes for E-Hang in the future.
