Subject who dragged and killed a dog in Hidalgo falls in the State of Mexico

The Attorney General of the State of Hidalgo reported this Thursday that the subject who tied a dog to his truck and dragged him to death in the municipality of Atotonilco de Tula, he was arrested in the municipality of Apaxco, in the State of Mexico.

“The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Hidalgo (PGJEH) in compliance with an arrest warrant, arrested a person with a confidential identity with the initials PMB, for acts that the law establishes as a crime once morest animals,” it was detailed in a release.

Despite the fact that following the events, which took place on February 22, it was said that the 44-year-old subject was detained by elements of Municipal Public Security, on March 10 the PGJE of Hidalgo confirmed the arrest of the aggressor.

After the case was made known on social networks, the body of the dog was located in a vacant lot located on the Atotonilco-Tlamaco highway, at the height of the High School of the State of Hidalgo.
