The complex located on the site of Subangsa Temple is composed of 263 households with a maximum of 35 floors, 5 buildings, and an exclusive area of ​​59㎡, of which 255 households are pre-subscribed. It is close to Noryangjin Station on subway lines 1 and 9 and Nodeul Station on line 9, and offers convenient access to downtown Seoul through Olympic Highway, Gangbyeonbuk-ro, and Hangang Bridge, as well as a view of the Han River.
