New Delhi – Former Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Tara Chand, leaders Peersada Mohammad Sayeed and Balwan Singh and 17 others who left the Congress have returned. The leaders who went with Ghulam Nabi Azad returned to the Congress. AICC General Secretary KC Venugopal said that more leaders will come back to the party.
Bharat Jodo Yatra is bringing more people closer to Congress. KC Venugopal said in Delhi that like-minded parties will also join the Congress for opposition unity. Venugopal added that Ghulam Nabi Azad can participate if he agrees with the message of the Bharat Jodo Yatra. As the Bharat Jodo Yatra is regarding to enter Jammu and Kashmir, the party has been excited by the return of the leaders.
