Vienna – A study among Muslim schoolchildren caused some irritation among those affected and criticism from the Muslim Youth (MJÖ). For example, young people were taken out of regular classes in order to be confronted with statements like: “It’s disgusting when homosexuals kiss,” under external supervision. The study is being carried out by the University of Vienna and is called “Effects of Islamic religious education in Austria”.
