Warner Bros. Animation announced on the 14th that ‘Watchmen: Chapter 1’ began overseas broadcast the day before.

‘Watchmen: Chapter 1′ is an animated adaptation of Alan Moore and Gabe Givens’ iconic comic. Studio Mir participated in the full CGI process of this work, featuring 2D stylization on 3D character design.

Studio Mir has been recognized for its animation production skills in the global industry, having previously collaborated with Warner Bros. to produce the FULL CGI animations ‘Battle of Super Sons’ and ‘Babylon 5: The Road Home’.

A company official said, “As the demand for production in the global animation market has recently skyrocketed, Studio Mir’s current number of orders for works has exceeded its appropriate capacity and there is even a waiting list, so we have to consider optimized works.” He added, “In addition to active production activities, we will do our best to produce quality works and solidify Studio Mir’s unique general production technology in the global market.”
