The students of 3A the RIGHT Gmunden, who have chosen the media and event management focus, have been working with floro Events GmbH since November 2022. Together they organize Josh’s concert. (Opening act Thorsteinn Einarsson) on June 24, 2023 at the brewery SCHLOSS Eggenberg in Vorchdorf.

At some meetings, the students formed groups that deal with different areas of event management. The press team takes care of contact with the local media, the team deals with event marketing. A third team will take over the organization on site.
The students have the opportunity to get to know the diverse activities of event organizers. For example, together with the floro team, materials were put up outdoors, tickets and posters were designed and the on-site organization was thoroughly planned. On the day of the concert, the entire class is there to actively support the team.
