Around noon this Friday, March 4, a strong fire is recorded in the center of Medellín. Witnesses in the area confirmed to EL COLOMBIANO that the conflagration is in a residential area.
In addition, they told this medium that the fire affected a mattress warehouse, located near the Retail roundregarding, on Calle 61 with Carrera 46, in the Chagualo neighborhood.
“The Official Fire Department of Medellín attends a fire at this time. 36 units with 6 fire-fighting machines and 3 mobiles were moved to the site, ”said the Administrative Department of Risk Management in its preliminary report.
So far there are no reports of injuries and the causes of the fire that originated inside this factory are unknown.
