The fire spread widely to an animal shelter and a warehouse in a household and to the roof of the parish house, to a household annex, to the roof of a storage hall of an economic operator.
Until the intervention forces arrived, a woman and two children self-evacuated from the parish house. The people did not need medical attention.
The intervention forces acted to locate and extinguish the fire. They burned: the roof of the parish house on an area of approximately 400 square meters, the wooden floor from 8 rooms located on the first floor, carpentry elements from the composition of the windows, furniture, electrical appliances, textiles, the roof of the annex with an area of 100 square meters and approx. 200 kg of tusks. They also burned the wooden shed with the goods inside and the shelter for the animals in which there were 2 rabbits and 37 birds. The fire also involved the roof of a storage hall on an area of approximately 10 square meters.
The probable cause of the fire was an electrical short circuit caused by a damaged/not properly insulated cable in the animal shelter.
The intervention of the firemen lasted regarding 7 hours.
