A collaboration between Alten Maroc and the ministries of Industry and Commerce, as well as Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, opens new perspectives for the engineering industry in Morocco. Indeed, the leader in engineering and technology consulting has just signed a specific partnership agreement with the two ministerial departments aimed at strengthening engineering skills and promoting the employability of young Moroccans. This strategic collaboration marks a significant commitment to promoting the engineering industry in Morocco and improving the quality of training. The three parties are committed to co-building work-study training programs adapted to the needs of the Engineering Services Outsourcing (ESO) ecosystem. These programs will target certain sectors and help train the next generation of competent Moroccan engineers.

As part of this initiative, new professions will be identified within the engineering sector. In addition, Alten Maroc will offer a welcome and support to work-study students during their presence within the company. Active support will also be provided to facilitate the professional integration of graduates from these training courses.

Launch of the 2nd edition of the “Alten Bridge” program

Alongside this collaboration, Alten Maroc announces the launch of the 2nd edition of its “Alten Bridge” program. This program, which will take place in 7 cities, including Rabat, Casablanca, Tangier, Fez and Meknes, aims to open up promising opportunities for young Moroccan talents. The Alten Bridge program will include 30 seminars held in 13 schools and universities. These seminars will address essential themes such as quality management, automotive project management, digitalization and industry 4.0 applied to aeronautics. Students will have the opportunity to prepare for the technological challenges of the modern world and to put their newly acquired skills into practice through concrete projects. In addition to training, Alten Bridge will provide personalized mentoring to students. At the end of their training, graduates will benefit from a vast network of professional opportunities within Alten Maroc, which is committed to recruiting the most promising talents from the program.
