Dubai: The UAE is preparing to sign the Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement (CEPA) with Pakistan. The aim is to further improve bilateral trade relations between the two countries.
Rashid Abdul Rehman Al Ali, Deputy Head of the UAE Embassy in Pakistan said that the UAE is not worried regarding Pakistan’s economic future as investments are coming to Pakistan from Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and China.
UAE will mostly invest in agriculture, clothing, marble, tiles, gems, mining and petroleum sectors. He said that Pakistan also has a bright future in the field of tourism. He said that if infrastructure is improved, more people can be attracted.
