Abu Dhabi: The King of Bahrain arrived in Abu Dhabi and met with the President of the UAE. The official news agency reported that the meeting was aimed at strengthening the existing relationship between the two countries. UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan visited the residence of Bahrain King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in Abu Dhabi.
The King of Bahrain expressed his condolences on the death of Sheikh Saeed, a member of the Abu Dhabi royal family and the brother of President Sheikh Mohammed. The King prayed for Sheikh Saeed and his family. During the discussion, the two leaders agreed to work hand in hand for the betterment of the people of Bahrain and the UAE.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Nahyan and others were with Sheikh Mohammed. Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the representative of the King of Bahrain, and Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Deputy President of the Bahrain Supreme Council also attended the meeting.
