Israeli-Bahrain Foreign Ministers held talks with Israeli Foreign Minister Eli Cohen who visited Bahrain. Abdullatif Bin Rashid Al Sayani conducted the discussion.
Sayani welcomed Eli Cohen to Bahrain and shared ideas to strengthen the relationship between Bahrain and Israel and expand cooperation in various fields. Progress in meeting the terms of the Ibrahim agreement was also discussed.
Both of them assessed that the Ibrahimi agreement will be beneficial for establishing peace and stability in the region and avoiding conflicts between Palestine and Israel. The Minister also pointed out that the fruition of mutual cooperation and peace talks will be beneficial for development and growth.
Ideas for expanding cooperation between Bahrain and Israel in the economic, cultural and innovation sectors and thereby creating business opportunities in both countries were also discussed. Discussions were also held with representatives from both the countries. The two ministers also signed various cooperation agreements.
