Cat then! Stray, one of the most anticipated games of the year is finally available. To celebrate this great event, Sony unveils a launch trailer full of leaps and mysteries.
Stray celebrates its launch on video
Stray has come a long way since its announcement on June 12, 2020 during a conference carried out by Sony presenting the future hits of the PlayStation 5. Indeed, the amazing game which offers players to take control of a ginger cat to wander on the roofs of a cyberpunk city is finally available on PlayStation 5, but also on PlayStation 4 and PC. To celebrate this great moment, Sony, Annapurna Interactive and BlueTwelve Studio reveal a launch trailer (the latter is available above).
As you can see, this trailer once again offers to observe the brave ginger cat who, unfortunately, faces a completely hostile world plagued by mechanical devices that are oppressive to say the least. Fortunately, our nameless friend can also make friendly encounters, like almost human-looking robots.

Stray’s main strengths lie in its adorable protagonist and its settings which are a joy to explore. Let’s add to that a nicely conducted narrative and a mystical atmosphere draped with beautiful synthesized melodies. There are still the puzzles, which are often too basic and the frustration of not being able to jump where we want, which prevent the game from reaching its full potential. Stray is nonetheless a very nice experience, perfect for the youngest and quite touching for adults.
