And he continued: “The defendant acknowledged the marriage contract and that he was alone with the girl’s mother a number of times, but he denied that the girl’s mother had enabled him of herself, and he said this girl is not my daughter, and he asked for a DNA examination.”
The birth of the baby girl
And he added: “The judge asked regarding the date of the girl’s birth, and it was found that the birth was during the period of the legal marriage contract, and therefore the judge ruled to prove the lineage of the girl to her father,” pointing out that the DNA examination is accepted in cases of establishing lineage, not denial.
