The flow of people in the streets and shops remain closed in the urban area due to the suspension of work.

SONG INSIDE

Dozens of houses woke up flooded in the Cancino Adentro sector of Santo Domingo Este.

There the news is not new, since the inhabitants of Calle Respaldo Quinta every time it rains go through the same dilemma, because at that point the waters of a large part of the sector converge.

Likewise, the lack of maintenance of the filters causes the water to accumulate to such an extent that people cannot leave their houses.

Residents of the La Florida neighborhood, in Higüey, La Altagracia province, are waiting for the growth of the Duey River.

Frightened, they collected their trousseau and have moved to shelters.

THE VEGA

Deputy Ángel Estévez asked Public Works to close the bridge in the Sabaneta area, in La Vega, while the rains persist, due to the poor condition of that infrastructure.
