The fire was discovered by the 36-year-old owner. He immediately notified the emergency services. There was a stable with three horses under the storage room. He immediately brought them outside.
The 36-year-old was admitted to Freistadt Hospital with suspected smoke poisoning.
Nine fire departments put out the fire. The fire was declared out at around 11:37 p.m. No other people or animals were endangered by the fire. The cause of the fire is currently still under investigation.
