Stomach ache in people who ate fish curry, cats who ate green fish died; Instruction for strict action

Thiruvananthapuram: The Health Minister has directed to take strict action once morest those who ate fish curry at Idukki Nedunkandam suspension bridge due to stomach ache and cats died following eating green fish. Minister Veena George has directed the Food Safety Commissioner to investigate the incident and take stern action.

Following the directive of the Minister, the Food Safety Department will inspect the area on Saturday itself and collect samples. The minister said strict action would be taken if any tampering was done to prevent the fish from being harmed.
