The operational turnover of the Stokvis Group stood at 82.8 MMAD as of June 30, 2023, down 25% compared to June 30, 2022 due to a poor 2022/2023 agricultural season.

Despite the context of multiple crises, the Stokvis Group continues to optimize its strategy by consolidating its positions in high-potential markets while supporting its interventions in sectors impacted by the economic slowdown, resulting from the post-covid situation and the deep drought which lasted over the last three agricultural seasons.

Faced with this situation, the Board of Directors has adopted a new strategic trajectory, which will be validated during the next meetings.

In accordance with the provisions of Law 17/95 as supplemented and modified by Law 19/20, the Board of Directors has co-opted Ms. Najate BERRADA as Director and will propose her appointment at the next Shareholders’ Meeting.
