Air Liquide and Groupe ADP have the ambition to create the first joint venture to support the development of hydrogen infrastructure in airports. With this project to create the first engineering joint venture specializing in supporting airports for their projects to integrate hydrogen into their infrastructures, Air Liquide and Groupe ADP are strengthening their collaboration.

Eiffage/Vinci
The consortium formed by Eiffage Énergie Systèmes (leader) and Vinci Energies has won the contract for the supply, installation and maintenance of the multi-service network and space monitoring systems for line 18 of the Grand Paris Express for an amount of 60 million euros. The contract awarded by the Société du Grand Paris covers all of line 18, a major axis of the Grand Paris Express linking Orly airport to Versailles Chantiers station, which has 35 kilometers of tracks, 10 stations and an inter – station of 8 kilometers.
Elis
The Combined General Meeting of Elis shareholders of May 19, 2022 gave each shareholder the choice of receiving the payment of the dividend for the 2021 financial year of 0.37 euros per share in cash or in new shares of the company . The option period was open from May 27 to June 10, 2022 inclusive. At the end of this period, 60.02% of the rights had been exercised in favor of the payment in shares of the dividend for the 2021 financial year.
Lhyfe
Lhyfe, a French specialist in renewable green hydrogen, and Chantiers de l’Atlantique have signed a memorandum of understanding for the development of hydrogen production platforms at sea. This agreement not only targets the development of the renewable hydrogen sector in sea, but also in port areas.
Oeneo
Over the whole of the 2021-2022 financial year, Oeneo recorded a net income group share up 17.9% to 37.1 million euros. The manufacturer of wine corks and barrels for wine and whiskey also achieved record operating profit at 54 million euros, up 17.4%. The current operating margin thus stood at 16.6% of turnover, “in line with the group’s objectives”.

Partouche achieved its point of activity for the second quarter of its 2021-2022 financial year on Tuesday evening. Thus, the operator of casinos and hotels achieved a consolidated turnover of 89.1 million euros between February and April 2022. If it is multiplied by 3.8 over one year, it still shows a decline of 15.4% compared to its pre-crisis level (2019). If all the casinos were in the group were open, Partouche says it continues to suffer from the health constraints in place which weigh on their attendance.

Vente-unique.com, an expert in the online sale of furniture in Europe, published half-year results for 2021/2022 overall down over 12 months due to the counter-effect of the health crisis but in very marked improvement over 24 months thanks to to the favorable underlying trend. Net income for the 6-month period ended March 31 fell 59.3% to 3.3 million euros. However, it is significantly higher than that of the first half of 2019/2020 (+1 million), the period before the health crisis. Current operating profit amounted to 5.1 million, down 56% over one year.
