AST Group
The Combined General Meeting of AST Groupe shareholders approved all of the proposed resolutions with the exception of the 14th resolution, concerning the capital increase reserved for employees, rejected in accordance with the recommendation of the Board of Directors. The renewals of the mandates of Jérôme Gacoin and Olivier Lamy as directors were approved for a period of 6 years. The General Meeting also approved the distribution of a dividend of 0.10 euro per share. The payment of the dividend will take place on June 24.
EDF
EDF has announced that 93.28% of the rights have been exercised in favor of payment of the balance of the dividend in shares at the end of the option period open from May 20 to June 7, 2022 inclusive. EDF’s General Meeting of May 12, 2022 decided to pay an ordinary dividend for the 2021 financial year of €0.58 per share, with the option of payment in new shares of the company for the balance of €0.28. per share of the ordinary dividend still to be distributed.
Eiffage
Eiffage, through its subsidiaries Eiffage Génie Civil and Eiffage Senegal, won the contract awarded by the Société Nationale des Eaux du Sénégal (SONES) for the design, construction and operation for 24 months of the future Mamelles seawater desalination plant in Dakar, Senegal. The total amount of the contract is nearly 146 million euros.

Euroapi is officially included in the SBF 120 index following the quarterly review by the Scientific Council of Euronext Paris indices. This decision will be implemented from Friday, June 17, 2022, following market close, and will be effective from Monday, June 20, 2022.

Ipsos
Ipsos has announced the appointment of Dan Lévy as Group Chief Financial Officer effective June 10, 2022. Dan Lévy will report to Ben Page, Chief Executive Officer of Ipsos, and will replace in his role as Chief Financial Officer, Laurence Stoclet, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the group and until then Head of Finance and Support Functions at Ipsos.
Remy Cointreau
Rémy Cointreau’s board of directors, meeting under the chairmanship of Marc Hériard Dubreuil, decided to propose to the general meeting of July 21 the renewal of the directorships of Hélène Dubrule, Olivier Jolivet, Marie-Amélie de Leusse and Orpar (holding held by Andromède, itself holding of the Hériard Dubreuil family). It also proposes the appointment of Alain Li as an independent director to replace Marc Hériard Dubreuil. Alain Li, 61, who has dual French and Hong Kong nationality, is Asia-Pacific CEO of Richemont.
