PARIS, May 30 (Archyde.com) – The values to follow on Tuesday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe where the “futures” on indices suggest a stable opening:
* NESTLE NESN.S announced the resignation of its financial director, Francois-Xavier Roger, replaced by Anna Manz from London Stock Exchange Group.
* ROLLS-ROYCE RR.L announced on Saturday that it had made no decision on changes to its workforce, following an article in the Sunday Times reported that the engine manufacturer would have to cut around 3,000 jobs.
* VALEO VLOF.PA on Monday announced a strategic cooperation and investment agreement with DiDi Autonomous Driving to jointly develop safety solutions for robotaxis as the use of autonomous vehicles grows around the world.
* ORANGE ORAN.PA – Citigroup resumes coverage at “neutral” with a target of 12.15 euros.
