* THALES TCFP.PA announced on Wednesday an increase in its Ebit and its turnover in 2022, results driven by an increase in demand despite the persistent tensions in the supply chains.
* ADIDAS ADSGn.DE has announced that it plans to cut its 2022 dividend to 0.70 euros per share, from 3.30 euros previously, following a year marked by significant losses due to the breach of contract with American rapper Kanye West.
* CONTINENTAL CONG.DE – The automotive supplier saw its net profit fall 95.4% last year, to 67 million euros, but anticipates an increase in its margin and consolidated sales in 2023.
* CASINO CASP.PA announced on Tuesday that it has begun studying a new project to sell part of its stake in the Brazilian supermarket chain Assaí for an amount of around 600 million dollars.
* TOTALENERGIES TTEF.PA – Fuel shipments are interrupted on Wednesday at TotalEnergies refineries in France due to the continuation of the strike once morest the government’s plan to reform pensions, a spokesman for the French group said.
* AIRBUS AIR.PA announced on Tuesday that it had won 124 net orders and delivered 66 aircraft over the January-February period.
* ELIS ELIS.PA reported record revenue, Ebitda, Ebit and current net profit for 2022.
* BIOMERIEUX BIOX.PA announced organic revenue growth of 0.2% for 2022 and net profit down 24.8%.
* ORPEA ORP.PA announced on Wednesday an agreement in principle with the main banking partners providing in particular for additional financing via a secured syndicated loan in the amount of 600 million euros.
