Commentary on variations : Slight decline this Tuesday 24 | FTSC in the top 5
The market recorded a slight decline after previous gains. The BRVM Composite index ended at 264.23 points, down 0.23%. The two other main indices also followed this trend: the BRVM 30 stood at 132.46 points, down 0.30%, while the BRVM Prestige fell to 113.47 points, down 0.36%.
Among the values that have shown an increase, FILTISAC CI (FTSC) recorded a notable increase of 6.38% to 1,500 FCFA, followed by SICABLE CI (CABC) with an increase of 6.32% to 1,010 FCFA, and SICOR CI (SICC) which increased by 5.82% to 3,000 FCFA.
Conversely, the biggest declines of the day were observed at CFAO MOTORS CI (CFAC), which fell by 5.97% to 630 FCFA, followed by ECOBANK TRANS. INCORP. TG (ETIT) down by 5.88% to 16 FCFA, and TOTALENERGIES MARKETING CI (TTLC) which fell by 3.82% to 2,395 FCFA.
In terms of transaction volumes, SONATEL SN (SNTS) stands out with an amount of 100,061,525 FCFA, followed by NSIA BANQUE COTE D’IVOIRE (NSBC) with 42,009,520 FCFA, and NESTLE CI (NTLC) at 33,909,220 FCFA.
