The Toronto Stock Exchange closed higher on Wednesday as strength in the energy sector offset weakness in other groups.

Canada Goose Holdings (GOOS) is expected to report higher revenue in the fourth quarter, driven by a strong recovery in demand in China, a key luxury market that had been hit by tight COVID-19 restrictions. Analysts will be watching the luxury parka maker’s forecast as well as its comments on North American demand and inventory.
