Among the stocks that underperformed today, we mention Ford Motor Company (NYSE:) stock, which fell by 6.98% and closed its session at a price of 12.12, Moderna Biotechnology (NASDAQ:), which lost 6.74%, to a price of 193.29, and Carmax Inc. (NYSE:), which weakened by 6.02% and closed at 61.45 in today’s session on the stock market.
On the other hand, the best performance in the Nasdaq index was recorded by Cosmos Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:), which rose by 178.91%, at a price of 23.01, Nanthealth LLC (NASDAQ:) also continued its rise at 98.95% and closed at 5.70 levels, as well as the share of Train Insurance Group (NASDAQ:) rose to 91.51% and closed at a price of 5.97.
Among the underperforming stocks today, we mention the stock of the company Synaptogenix Inc (NASDAQ:), which fell by 74.63%, and closed its session at a price of 1.20, Agrivy Corp. (NASDAQ:), which lost 69.87%, at a price of 0.25 and a share. Axcella Health Inc (NASDAQ:), which weakened by 63.08% and closed at 0.16 for the day’s session on the stock exchange.
The number of declining shares exceeded the number of shares that closed higher on the New York Stock Exchange with 2166 compared to 889, while 100 remained unchanged.
