In the catch-up game of the third matchday of the Trendyol Super League came Trabzonspor in their home Papara Park to a last-minute draw against Bellona Kayserispor and after the 2:2, remains without a win in the fourth game of the season, while Kayseri missed the first three points of the new season in the closing seconds. Trabzon is now on four points. The guests from Central Anatolia meanwhile improved to three points. In the eighth minute, Stefano Denswil gave away a penalty with a foul on Miguel Cardoso, but Joseph Attamah (10th) was unable to capitalize on the penalty and missed the penalty. But just two minutes later, Hasan Ali Kaldirim (12th) scored the 1:0 for Kayserispor with a left-foot shot into the bottom right corner after preparatory work by Duckens Nazon.

Savic injured Kayseri believes it is on the road to victory

Immediately afterwards, Stefan Savic (14th) had to be substituted due to injury and was replaced by Ozan Tufan. Enis Bardhi missed a chance with a header in the 34th minute and then hit the crossbar with a hard shot in the 35th minute, from where the ball went out of play. In the second half, Aylton Boa Morte (63rd) increased the lead to 2-0 with a shot into the middle of the goal following a counterattack and a through ball from Nazon in the box. The minutes trickled by and it looked as if Kayserispor could steal three points from the Black Sea. But the final phase was turbulent.

Expulsion and controversial scene ensure late point win

First, Gökhan Sazdagi (87th minute) was sent off with a second yellow card. Then substitute Umut Bozok (89th minute) reduced the deficit to 1:2 from close range after a corner. While seven minutes of stoppage time were finally shown, Denswil scored the late 2:2 equalizer in the eighth minute of extra time after a cross from Anthony Nwakaeme from an initially suspected offside position. The spectators were not shown the scene at first, but referee Mehmet Türkmen received the message from the VAR referee that it was not offside and pointed to the center circle and indicated that the goal counted, so the game ended 2:2 and the points were shared.
