It has been more than three weeks since Ethan Chapin, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, Xana Kernodle, 20, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, were found dead. The four bodies of the American students were found in a house off the campus of the University of Idaho, where they were all enrolled. Since then, the investigation has stalled.
