FAIRFAX, Virginia, April 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — The winners of the 18th edition of the Stevie® Awards, Sales and Customer Service category, recognized as the world’s leading professional awards program sales and customer servicewere revealed on Friday night at a gala ceremony held in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, which was attended by more than 400 executives from around the world.

The 10 most honored organizations in the 2024 edition of the Stevie Awards — Sales and Customer Service — received the Stevie Awards Grand (“best of the event”) trophies. Nominees were unable to apply directly to the Grand Stevie Awards. Winners were determined by a scoring system based on the total number of awards won, in addition to the highest average score obtained in the selected categories.
DP DHL Worldwide, with 13 gold, 18 silver and 14 bronze statuettes, was the most awarded organization this year, winning the main trophy of the Grand Stevie Award. In descending order, the organizations below were awarded Grand Stevie Award trophies in the 2024 edition of the Stevie Awards, Sales and Customer Service category, on behalf of themselves and/or customers. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every sector were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 professionals around the world through seven specialized judging committees.
Entries were considered in more than 60 customer service and contact center achievement categories, including Contact Center of the Year, Customer Service Innovation Award and Customer Service Department of the Year; 60 categories for sales achievements and business development, from Sales Director of the Year to Sales Training Practice of the Year and Sales Automation Achievement; and categories for recognizing new products and services and solution providers, among others.
The winners in a special category, the Ethics in Sales Partnerships Award, were also announced and recognized at the April 12 ceremony. This award recognizes organizations for best practices and achievements in demonstrating the highest ethical standards in the sales industry. A Integrity Solutions, from Nashville, TN, USA, is the gold statuette winner in this category. Among the winners of silver statuettes are Better Way Health (Kennesaw, GA, USA), Stateside Affairs (Manasquan, NJ, USA) and You wish (New South Wales, Australia). The winners of the 2024 People’s Choice Stevie® Awards for Favorite Customer Service, announced on April 4, were also honored at the gala ceremony on April 12. Winners of the People’s Choice Stevie Award receive the coveted People’s Choice Stevie Award crystal, which is determined by public voting open to the world.
