Seven years of the Junta. A land plunged into darkness. Complete abolition of basic freedoms.
The long-suffering people enslaved once again.
But not everyone bows their heads. Fighters, continuers of the National Resistance, oppose fascism. They are not afraid of prisons, horrible tortures, exiles.
Our performance, based on the form of theater-documentary, follows a well-traveled path of dramatizing testimonies from fighters about the terrible torture they suffered in the dungeons of the Security.
The texts explode on stage and bring the testimonies to life with a torrent of speech, without ending up in a superficial representation of events.
Our show seeks to shake viewers with a painful reminder that the monstrous face of fascism is sadly present and needs vigilance and constant struggle.
