Mr. Valinakis was Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and he is the one who in April 2021 had sold the impressive 246 sq.m. apartment. to the First Seat company for 770,000 euros, as stated in the sales contract.
Three years later, the apartment becomes the property of Stefanos Kasselakis, for 1.7 million euros, according to information that has seen the light of day.
The description of the property states that it is 2 apartments on the 3rd and 4th floor which have been joined and are now a maisonette of 246.18 sq m.
The 3rd floor apartment consists of a bedroom, hall, toilet, WC, bathroom, kitchen, maid’s room, living room. On the 4th floor, where there are two bedrooms, kitchen, WC, hall, living room, bathroom, living room and terrace.
After the renovation, the price went from 770,000 euros to 2.2 million euros. Stefanos Kasselakis negotiated the price and finally closed the deal at 1.7 million euros.
According to information, the buying and selling process is now in its final stage. The property has been withdrawn from the real estate market and now all that remains is for the signatures to fall, which will probably happen next week.
