The President of SYRIZA – PS, Stefanos Kasselakis, will visit New York and Washington, April 14-16.
As stated in a SYRIZA announcement: “During his visit to New York, Mr. Kasselakis will participate on 14.4.2024 in the festivities and the parade for the National Palingenesia as an honored guest.
On the same day, Mr. Kasselakis will meet with Democratic State Senator and Deputy Leader of the New York State Senate, Michael Gianaris.
On 15.4.2024, Mr. Kasselakis will hold a meeting at 10:30 am. with the Most Reverend Archbishop of America, Mr. Elpidophoros.
Then the President of SYRIZA – PS will hold a working lunch at 12:00 pm. with investment and financial institutions. A meeting with the leadership of the New York DSA political party will follow at 5:00 p.m., while at 6:15 p.m. a meeting will be held with the Federation of American Cypriot Organizations.
At 19:00 pm, Mr. Kasselakis will participate in an open event organized by SYRIZA – PS USA, at the Kefalonian House “Kefalos”.
On 16.4.2024, Mr. Kasselakis will move to Washington. At 10:15 a.m. he will meet with Democratic Congressman Chris Pappas, while at 11:00 a.m. he will meet with the International Affairs Director of the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Stephen Schneider.
At 12:00 p.m., he will meet with Democratic Party Congressman Ro Khanna, while at 2:30 p.m., he will hold a meeting with the Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European & Eurasian Affairs State Department, Ambassador Yuri Kim. At 16:30 pm, the President of SYRIZA – PS will visit the offices of the Center for Strategic & International Studies (CSIS)”.
