In Italy, the strategic acquisition of Solve.it strengthens Stefanini’s presence with its 200 employees and expertise in IT infrastructure, end-user support and platforms such as SAP and ServiceNow. With a contract renewal rate approaching 100%, customer loyalty was a key factor in closing the sale, and this move fits with Stefanini’s focus on technological solutions. The founders and management of Solve.it will actively contribute to a smooth integration and preserve the company culture. This acquisition marks Stefanini’s entry into the Italian market to strengthen its local presence and deepen contact with customers in key European countries.
