He sistema Steel Framing is positioned as a permanent construction alternative in the region where Large works are already beginning to materialize such as the Barrio Don Bosco Health Center, in Neuquén Capital, and the Villa El Chocón Health Center.
Both works were completed by the Roquense company SIA Construcciones, a reference for several years in this type of construction. Steel Framing was endorsed in 2018 as a traditional system that meets all the quality and safety standards required by the industry.

“We carried out two large-scale works in the city of Neuquén and in Villa El Chocón. We were hired to execute the structural stage using the Steel Framing construction system. The great importance of these works, financed by the province of Neuquén, allows us to enhance the system and gives us the possibility of demonstrating our technical and operational capabilities to carry out this type of projects.“said Juan Urdinez, a representative of the Roquense firm.
Completed in record time
“Both the work in Neuquén and Villa El Chocón have more than 600 m2 each, and thanks to the experience we acquired over the years, it allowed us to finish them in a record period of 3 and a half months,” said Urdinez.
“For more than 7 years we have been developing the Steel Framing system in the region, focusing on the specialization and training of work teams to achieve high-performance and efficient works. In this way we have formed a highly specialized work group within the company for the execution and management of works in Steel Framing,” SIA Construcciones explains.
During 2023 SIA Construcciones provided permanent activities and training related to the Steel Framing system, in which around 200 people participated and were trained.
Other projects in progress
“For next year we are focused on expanding throughout the Neuquén and mountain areas. At the moment we are already developing two projects in Steel Framing: one is a complex of tourist cabins in the town of Villa La Angostura, we are currently working on the structural proposal to begin execution in mid-January; and the second is an apartment complex designed to accommodate company personnel in the town of Añelo,” commented Urdinez.
